Backed by 20yrs of experience in the health and fitness world we have provided Fit-Life training to people in many different fitness stages.

At the age of 13 years old I discovered my love for fitness and health after seeing a bodybuilding competition on television. By the age of 14 years old I was competing in powerlifting tournaments and stood out as one of the strongest pound for pound lifters in the state of Oklahoma.
That love carried over into a 12 year military career. During that time I provided total warrior training to over 600 members. Ranging from one on one secessions up to 100 plus member group training.
