My advance knowledge of the human body and how it moves helps me create specialized workout and nutrition plans for each of my clients! I offer Posture Analysis, Body Comp Analysis, Accountability, Personalized Workouts for your particular goals, Detailed Nutrition Plans, and Motivation to stick with your personalized plan!!
I love seeing my clients achieve their personal goals and living a healthier lifestyle! Not only do they feel better, but they are able to enjoy life and do the things they used to enjoy!!
I’m NASM ACE and NPTI certified as well I was a Flight Paramedic and Special Operations Medical Sergent for many years before getting hurt in Afghanistan and being medically retired!
