About Christopher
Hi I’m Chris, I’m a personal trainer passionate about helping people get stronger, move better, and feel confident in their bodies. I work with clients both in person and online, focusing on strength training, mobility, posture correction, and injury prevention.
Working with me is supportive but focused — I’ll challenge you, meet you where you’re at, and help you build habits that actually last. I also provide practical nutrition guidance and have experience working with older adults and special populations, always prioritizing long-term health and quality of life.
My goal isn’t just a good workout — it’s helping you feel better in everyday life. When you train with me, you’re building strength you can carry with you for years.
I fell in love training myself and others started asking me what I do and later turned my passion into a career.

An appointment or call will be set up to talk about goals and where you are now to where you want to be. If in the area an in person complimentary personal training session will be conducted to assess client. After session results and recommendations will be made. If I feel I can help you achieve your goals I will offer you a chance to be a part of what I do. If I feel I can't, I will point you in the best direction I feel that can get you to your goals.
I worked with ages as low as 12 to as high as 92 years old. I am comfortable with all age groups and populations.
Don't be afraid to ask questions and make sure you guys are a good match. At the end of the day if you guys aren't connecting it may not be the best fit. Try them out before committing to anything.

Chris is by far the best trainer. He takes time to understand your fitness goals and gets to know you as a person as well. He is supportive and motivates you every step of the way. Not only is he highly qualified in training he is also very knowledgeable about nutrition.
Christopher has a really nice presence and is extremely knowledgeable. I feel comfortable trying new things and not feeling silly if I didn’t do them right. I feel like I’m so much more healthy now and have so much more energy on a day to day basis. I don't feel gassed after a session; I feel energized and accomplished.
