About KJay
With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Our vision is to effect our neighborhood & city with good objective truth, balance and programming for each and everyday. We love that our gym is not a typical run of the mill place. We're different and we're personalized. We have relationships with our clients that you can't find in a big box facility.
The best part of the end of each day is knowing that we have made a difference in the life of our clients as we lead them down a path of not just physical health, but mental and spiritual health as well.
Each person who walks through our door should be blown away by their experience. Our heart is to wow you and show you what you're actually capable of. We want you to not only reach your goals but surpass them and find what hidden gems lie within who you are. We are a personalized gym who caters to individual wants and needs to capitalize on hopes for the future.
Before I was a trainer, I spent most of my life unhappy in the decisions I made. I was overweight, tired and looking for solutions to change.
Spending time learning from failed past experiences, my academia, and personal trainers like my sister, I began to see the empirical evidence of implementing solutions with hard work pay off. We started SCE Fitness becaue my desire is to help people realize their full potential in life.
I am the Co-Founder and Owner of SCE Fitness and NESTA, ITCA Triathlon & Endurance Sports Nutrition and BioMechanics certified personal trainer and Certified Spartan SGX Coach

We start with an initial consultation to see if this is a good fit for us and you. Our consultations include us going over your past experiences with fitness, injures and hopes for the future. We will also go over body composition and basic biomechanics to best understand your body and best place to begin your training with us. Lastly, we will go over schedule and price to make sure we build a program that is suited to you and your wants/needs.
Our consultations last about 60 minutes
Find someone who knows what they are doing and are concerned with your whole body, not just quick fixes. Someone who is careful to prevent injury and get you to your goals efficiently as possibly.
