About Chris
I pride myself on client service. I will do everything in my power to give you the best training experience I can!
I enjoy helping people live healthier lives and become the best version of themself that they possibly can!
My teaching experience began with music. It is a huge passion of mine and I’ve always enjoyed helping people improve at something. I have 7 years of teaching experience and have found this transfers very well to personal training and allows me to adeptly work with a broad spectrum of clients.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My undergraduate degree is actually in education, specifically music education. I have found that the education background combined with the kinesthetic nature of teaching music transfers extremely well to training clients.
