About Katia
As a result of working with me, the person will be respected, heard and seen as an integrated being: physical-emotional-intelectual-spiritual, benefitting from my decades of experience as Physical Therapist, Holistic Practitioner of a variety of modalities — as CranioSacral, Reiki, Access Bsrs, NLP, Tapping, Earn Candling and Meditation— Pilates Instructor and Transformational Coach.

I give my contribution to everyone that is open to expand their life’s to reach happiness, joy and overall well-being.
Since I was s kid I was passionate in helping people and have the satisfaction of making them happier, joyful and capable.
To get to the point I am now was all a consequence of this beginning
i still am very curious and studious, always looking for what is out there that can improve my clients response towards their health, happiness and joy.

We first talk on the phone to check if what I offer matches with what the person is looking for. Then we have an In-person one-on-one session, when I will listen to your goals and concerns, we go to the physical testing accordinly to what you are looking for and then we have a conversation about how I wil taylor your program and give you the options the studio has for you to choose.
As PT, I worked basically with neurological patients and in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
As a Holistic Therapist I worked with emotional, mental and spiritual disfunctions, inspiring them to trust me and giving them hope to achieve their goals.
Make sure they are fully certified, they know deeply Mat and Equipment repertoire, they know how to lead individual and group classes and if they are kind and knowledgeable.

Excellent! Just in the first 5 weeks, Katia helped me uncover underlying issues that I had with people from my childhood that I was unaware of.
