About Abirami

Hi there! I'm a passionate and dedicated tutor who’s excited to help students achieve their best in Mathematics and Science, from Standard 1 all the way to SPM. I’ve had the privilege of tutoring 10 SPM students through home tuition, and I’m thrilled to guide more students on their learning journey. I’ve achieved 7 straight A’s in my SPM exams, and I firmly believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience. My approach is built on patience, making complex concepts easy to understand, and introducing elements of gamification to keep lessons engaging. I see studying as a lifetime game to win, and I love helping students unlock their potential while having fun in the process. Whether you're struggling with a topic or aiming to perfect your skills, I’m here to make sure that learning is not only effective but enjoyable. Let’s make every lesson count!

1. Flipped Classroom:
In this method, students learn new concepts independently outside of class (e.g., through online lectures, readings), and class time is dedicated to applying that knowledge through activities, discussions, and problem-solving.
2. Project-Based Learning:
Students engage in in-depth explorations of a topic, working collaboratively on projects that require them to apply their knowledge and skills.
3. Inquiry-Based Learning:
Students are encouraged to ask questions, explore their own interests, and discover information independently.
4. Collaborative Learning:
Students work together in groups to learn and complete tasks, fostering teamwork, communication, and peer learning.
5. Gamification:
Incorporating game-like elements into the learning process, such as points, badges, and leaderboards, can increase student engagement and motivation.
6. Technology-Enhanced Teaching:
Integrating technology into the classroom can provide students with access to a wealth of resources, tools, and learning opportunities.
Those are the sample of my teaching methods.I'm a SPM graduate with straight A. I would like to teach science and maths to standard 1 until SPM students. Thank you
