Every lesson is tailored to the individual student, taking into account their current ability, learning style, and academic goals. I aim to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities. Lessons include a recap of previous learning, clear explanations of new concepts, guided practice, and independent tasks to reinforce understanding. Whether a student is preparing for SATs, building core skills, or working towards GCSE success, my focus is on helping them make consistent progress while developing confidence and a genuine understanding of the subject.

Arif is a close friend of mine. He’s extremely creative and is always able to analyse problems critically, making multiple layers of interpretation. Demonstrating his skill at GCSE, he achieved top marks across both English Language and Literature and continues to improve his skills. I also think he’s an extremely patient and supportive tutor, breaking down topics in an understandable way and giving personalized advice when needed.
