About Desiree
Volleyball is an intense game both physically and mentally. I take the time with each student to break down every aspect of the game, both in movements and strategies. Instead of just instructing a player in what to do, I make sure they understand how and why they are doing it. I believe that if a player has a great understanding of the game and all the intricasies of how to play their position, it is easier for them to overcome mental pitfalls.
I love working with players that love the game of volleyball. Seeing them grow in their skills and knowledge of the game is exciting to watch as they progress to each higher level.
