About Gloria
I teach the whole of Yoga which includes Meditation. I pride myself in making sure all practitioners get the full benefit of his|her practice. I am a certified Yoga Instructor through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and a Certified Meditation Teacher through Yogamu.
I enjoy Yoga because I know its benefits. It is not about contorting the body but it is about listening to your body, and healing from the inside out.
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for well over 15 years. Yoga as a whole is an amazing concept. I found that it made my life not only calmer but healthier. After seeing what it did for me I decided to get my credentials together so that I could help others to feel as amazing as I do from the inside out.
I am certified through ISSA and I also have my 200 hr Meditation Certification through Yogamu. I also have a minor in Psychology.

I will do a consult with the client to see what they are looking for in the practice. I listen to the client to ensure that their needs are met in the practice. I answer any and all questions that the client may have.
I have worked with students of all ages and backgrounds. Any (Yoga or Meditation) practice can be tailored to meet your specific needs.
Being comfortable with the instructor and letting the instructor know what you are looking to gain. Feel free to express what your needs are.

Details
My standard pricing is based on the class length and number of students. Personal Yoga practice is $55 (60 minutes) which includes a 15 minute meditation at the beginning of class.
I also do a 40 minute meditation practice for $35.
