About Shelly
I teach one-on-one yoga, meditation, and intuitive healing sessions with clients in person and at a distance. I am an intuitive + empath with 18 years personal/9 years professional experience with yoga and meditation. I am also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant which allows me to customize and shape a yoga practice to meet your specific individual needs, especially if old or new injuries have you limited.
I love knowing I’m making a positive difference in the lives of all my students. This provides me with encouragement and motivation to continue working hard.
