About Flow
(concealed information) is a full service studio for Movement, Mindset and Nutrition coaching. We specialize in toning, sustainable weight loss, decreasing low back pain and inflammation and comprehensive wellness coaching.
We offer 25 live group classes per week, as well as private coaching - both are either in person or via zoom. Ask about our Gold Unlimited Membership - which includes:

Our team of coaches are extremely passionate about movement and wellness. We lead by example for getting our own home workouts in, eating healthy and home stretches / mindfulness practice. In that way, we enjoy helping others make sustainable changes to their lifestyle that will help them for years to come. We truly enjoy educating, inspiring and motivating people to find their best rhythm for wellness.
I did both my undergrad and graduate schooling at WWU in Kinesiology, and studied for my 500 Hour Yoga teacher training in Hollywood.
I hold a Master's in Kinesiology, and am the founder of Steel Mace Vinyasa (see (concealed information) and Clubbell Yoga. I have a team of 12 movement coaches who have extensive training from my seminars, and are experts in teaching mobility, strength and core re-education.
