Pairing my methodical personality, my love of research, and creativeness for all things yoga is a perfect match to help advance a fun and exciting yoga program while cultivating individual experiences. My passion and experience to help others grew from my own practice. Finding movement that works for your body is transformational enough, but the practice of breath that you develop with yoga can transform your entire life! Not only do you feel a difference in your body but in your mind and spirit.
I have a deep passion and committment to help women ditch who society tells them they are, step into their innate-worth & true-self
I got started teaching out of years of practice. I knew that this could help other people move around in their own body day after after, as well as calm the mental choas that can overtake us. I had to share!
I am a 200RYT Yoga Teacher with multiple specialized trainings under my belt. I'm a researcher and learner at heart and will never stop learning and investigating new and changing yoga techniques.

We'll always start with a short intake. I will ask you some quesitons to get an overall feel for what you're looking for, what your experience level of yoga is, and any concerns or injuries you have. I am a big advocate of customizing each class to meet the needs of the individual. Every body is so different and deserves to be treated as just that.
I've worked with students of all ages. I currently work at a large fitness company and work with students to getting started to those who have been practicing for years. My eye for reading people as they move helps to customize each and every session.Giving you a unique experience each time.

Kristin provides a wonderfully supportive and educational yoga experience. Before I started working with her, I had never practiced yoga but had always been interested in exploring it as an additional workout. We met for private instruction twice a week. What I really appreciated about working with Kristin is her expertise and customized flows she created based on my goals and fitness level. I was initially intimiated by yoga but Kristin made it approachable, enjoyable, and relaxing. I highly recommend her!
