About Heather
I am persuaded that transformation is not a result of personal effort, but one of total surrender. This simple truth may be the most challenging, yet effortless realization necessary for change. My first priority in working with you will be to help identify underlying beliefs that are causing pain and suffering in your life and then prepare you for deep healing with lasting resolutions. Together we will celebrate and bear witness to the beautiful shifts that will take place throughout your transformative journey.
Many people experience a period of uncertainty and confusion about who they are at some point in their lives. For me, this period began in early childhood when I felt as if I lacked passion, purpose, and meaning in my life. That feeling of lack prompted an intensive journey over the course of the next several years in search of answers. Throughout this extensive journey, I have gained new awarenesses about the power of perception and the beliefs. Learning how to release fear in place of love, criticism in the place of acceptance, and judgement in place of compassion have been among the most profound experiences thus far. If you feel inclined to embark on your own journey to transform your life by the renewal of your mind, it would be my honor to walk alongside you. My mission is to spark new awarenesses that will help you align to the truth of who you are and I will be here to support and empower you once you are ready to embrace your most courageous and authentic self.
I was raised by a parental figure who suffers with mental illness. Witnessing the pain and suffering caused by a false reality produced by their mental state touched me in deep and profound ways that I continually sought to understand. This journey eventually led me to realize that all people experience suffering as a result of false (or limiting) beliefs. Naturally, I began to share these realizations with others, and as I created space for them (and myself) to challenge our own belifs, transformation began to take place before my eyes. I then sought more tools and training which has led to hosting small groups, events, and conducting one-on-one sessions.
I have completed the Master Life Coaching course at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and have led several small groups, events, and one-on-one coaching experiences throughout the last 5 years. I am also a yoga instructor and certified hypnotherapist.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call to get a better understanding of your goals and to answer any questions you may have regarding my services. At that time, you and I can decide if we would be a good fit for one another and if we would like to proceed with scheduling the first session.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would encourage clients to think about what their end-goal is for seeking life-coaching services. That goal may shift over time, but it provides a starting point and will allow the client to gauge whether the services are effective according to their own standards.
