About Lisa
I teach Baby Me & Toddler Me Yoga in addition to Kids' Yoga classes at Namaste Yoga, Parks & Rec, and schools. I love working with parents to strengthen the parent-child bond while safely and effectively strengthen moms with their post-partum bodies to minimize diastasis recti. I also teach Yin Yoga, Warm Yin Yoga, and Slow Flow for adults at Namaste Yoga. I am passionate about teaching Yin, allowing my students to come to a place of sensation and then using as many props as possible to allow them to relax in the pose. I have my 200 hr, Mommy Me Yoga, Kids, and Prenatal Yoga certifications. I have been teaching Baby & Toddler Me since 2012, Kids since 2014, and adults since 2017. I love building relationships and connections in our yoga community.

Invite them to classes, discover a little about their lives, encourage them to listen to their bodies and do what feels comfortable, and encourage them to keep coming to classes. I enjoy working with them, getting to know their abilities, and helping them slow down their breath, bodies, and minds so they can become more aware of where they are in their abilities, and slowly build flexibility, strength, and balance as they explore and play with yoga. For kids, I love to use my energy, enthusiasm, and patience to become familiar with yoga poses, have fun, and develop a love of yoga.
