MindBodyNShape has two programs to help you reach your goals!
Engage Body N Mind : Fitness, Nutrition, Toning & Shaping Coaching
I will develop a productive and challenging exercise routine to help you achieve fitness, weight loss and your nutritional goals. When women engage their physical strength they will begin to see lasting and permanent changes. I believe in total body workouts that emphasize core strength, firming and toning.

Lifestyle, Mindset, Weight Loss and Nutrition Coaching
Through my signature program Embrace Mind N Body, I coach busy women on how to connect their mind and body for weight loss, strengthening self-compassion and building resilience from within. Embracing your mind and body is all about celebrating the positive changes that you can create.
I have a degree in Exercise Science, and a variety of certifications.
