The corporate wellness program was an amazing experience.
We saw a huge demand for corporations trying to make the work environment more attractive and to incentivize employees to come back to the office.
The project took a whole month and the best part was we got to show and teach how spending everyday in the office can affect your health and how with easy steps, you can change that and improve your health.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. What is my budget for event?
2. Is my budget realistic for the level of service I desire?
3. Is my service provider a great fit for me?
4. Is this price or package too good to be true?
Remember quality isn’t cheap!!!

If was great - just what I had in mind. Excited to be working out again.
The matching of a qualified trainer was smooth and easy. It was also an accurate and empowering fit for my needs. My trainer was patient and very well qualified. Thanks Kanthaka.
Excellent!!
I really enjoyed working with Kanthaka and my trainer James. He’s very personable and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to fitness. Works outs were appropriately geared to what I was able to do and would get progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. I definitely feel stronger and more fit. Highly recommend him!
