Alexandra has a great way of communicating with us during the session, she had great music, and the atmosphere was amazing . I felt so calm and I’ll definitely be doing another one soon!

I had never tried any form of meditation or reiki prior to my class with Alexandra so, needless to say, I was a bit worried and/or nervous. Not only was her method extremely effective but the comparison and care she puts into her sessions both calm the nerves and provide a strong sense of comfort that you can ask her anything without being judged and that it is a safe space to learn and grow. As a newcomer, this was extremely helpful and gave my mind the opportunity to let down its guard and fully enjoy and benefit from the experience. There is plenty more that can be said but, all in all, Alexandra is a fantastic instructor and guide in all things yoga, meditation and reiki; with a vast knowledge of the whole world and a down to earth attitude that makes you feel right at home. I will for sure be back for more classes with her!
