- I firmly believe that fluency in maths is achievable for every student—it's not about "natural talent," but about the right support and approach.
- My lessons prioritise deep understanding over pure memorisation. We break concepts down together, then practise applying them to exam questions.
- I encourage students to ask as many questions as possible. My lessons are flexible and led by the student, allowing them to feel comfortable and in control of their learning, without feeling rushed.
- This approach builds confidence. When students understand the material inside out, they can tackle unfamiliar questions with ease—and that's what leads to top results.

Perfect! Excellent tutor - very accommodating. Very broad knowledge of subject. Identified strong and weak areas and keeps my child engaged through out the sessions. Highly recommend

Ben was an excellent tutor for our son. He really went above and beyond to help our son. The rate at which he improved within weeks and then throughout the year was incredible. Only wish we started sooner! Ben adapts the lessons to the child’s needs and is also keen to hear how school tests are going and ways to improve. Definitely go to Ben if you want your child to improve their skills! Thanks, Ben!
Bens maths lessons have really helped my son. They felt comfortable during the lessons and always came away feeling more confident. His ability to adapt his teaching methods when my son wasn’t understanding a concept was particularly impressive. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Ben is an amazing teacher, since I started lessons with him I’ve noticeably seen not only my skills in maths improve but also my confidence. He takes time to go through concepts in detail and is always open to offering help even if this is after lessons, highly recommend and look forward to continuing my lessons.
Ben has been my tutor for A-level maths for the last 6 months, and I can really see the difference. My grades have really improved, and my predicted grades now meet the requirements for the universities I want to apply to.
Ben has broken down difficult topics into easy-to-understand steps and covered the content in that extra bit of detail my teacher struggled to.
I've gained more confidence in my own ability to solve questions, and I cannot thank Ben enough.Ben is a fantastic, experienced tutor who clearly puts a lot of effort into helping his students. Lessons are always well prepared, it's evident that a lot of work goes on behind the scenes to provide the best tutoring experience. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a tutor
