About Pauline
My teaching approach is learner-centered, practical and more focused on understanding rather than memorizing. I strongly believe that all students learn differently and therefore before planning for lessons, I understand student's current level, strength, challenges and learning goals
After that I begin my lesson with a review of the previous work done then followed by a clear explanation of the new task using questions that are done independently then,I will assess the work and see where we need improvement and we revise the questions after that as I clarify onthe areas that require polishing
I place emphasis on step by step problem solving, understanding formulas and concepts and also using past papers and exam style question where appropriate to boost confidence of my learners and improve on their performance
My lessons are interactive and learner paced based on the learners needs
