About Susan

I have spent many years in the field of education, teaching, substituting, and tutoring. At this time, I am tutoring as there is such a need, as the level of education has been elevated. I have taught and tutored in Canton, Ohio, Chatham, Massachusetts, and for many years in Naples, FL. I am now established in Naples, Florida, as my only location. I am also certified in the area of dyslexia. There is such a need for a tutor who can effectively work with dyslexia. I am a Wilson Reading Academy graduate, a dyslexia facility in Massachusetts. I have an excellent background and am very well known, and prep schools, charter schools, and public schools highly acclaim my progress with students.

About the lesson

I look forward to having students anxious to learn, as they realize they have fallen behind and are not keeping up with their class. We will also look forward to having students who want to move forward even ahead of their class to be ready for the following year. I work with students virtually and in person all year, but they are possibly unprepared for the next grade level. Concentrating on one-on-one study during the summer prepares them for the upcoming year.
