About Christora

Being a Wedding Photographer is incredibly rewarding, but gosh is starting out tough. When I first began I remember feeling so lost. I didn't know where to find reputable information and getting answers from other photographers was challenging. In a world filled with gate-keeping and competition it's hard to know where to start.

It wasn’t until my dad passed away that I began to truly comprehend how much my own wedding day meant to me. Remembering the piece of advice he whispered in my ear as he gave me away still brings me chills.

Every time I meet with a client I get to relive that moment and it reminds me why I am a wedding photographer.

For over 10 years, I have helped couples relive their tender moments in the same way.

I understand the challenges that come with mastering the art of wedding photography.

From navigating tricky lighting conditions to composing unforgettable shots, there's more to running a photography business than simply knowing the setting on your camera. The comparison trap, pressure to perform, the stress of a day, and managing client expectations can leave even seasoned photographers feeling overwhelmed and uninspired.

Say goodbye to uncertainty and hello to confidence as you learn invaluable techniques and strategies that will bring you the clients you want to work with.

Being a Wedding Photographer is incredibly rewarding, but gosh is starting out tough. When I first began I remember feeling so lost. I didn't know where to find reputable information and getting answers from other photographers was challenging. In a world filled with gate-keeping and competition it's hard to know where to start.

I guide you on how to network within the industry, collaborate effectively with other professionals, and foster long-term partnerships. By understanding the dynamics of vendor relationships, you'll create a network of support and referrals that can elevate your business and reputation.

Understanding the verbiage of a client is another skill I emphasize during mentorship. Every couple has their own unique vision and preferences, and it's essential for photographers to speak their language. I teach you how to ask the right questions during consultations to uncover what clients truly want and expect from their wedding photos. By learning to decipher clients' preferences and understanding their terminology, you'll tailor your approach and deliver a personalized experience that exceeds expectations.

I help you address the pain points that clients may have during consultations. Weddings can be stressful events, and couples often have concerns or anxieties about various aspects of the photography process. Whether it's managing a tight budget, dealing with family dynamics, or worrying about unpredictable weather, I teach students how to empathize with clients and address their concerns with professionalism and confidence.
