About Lara
I am in my final year of a Data Science degree in DCU. I have completed modules in calculus, calculus of several variables, linear mathematics, probability and statistics. Previously, in my leaving certificate, I received a H2 in higher level maths.
I have no previous experience in teaching directly, but have been asked to help friends and family with any specific issues they’re facing. I am patient and understand maths is a complex subject. I will try my best to relate and explain concepts that a student doesn’t understand in new ways, or try to simplify the concept.

The lessons I provide will not be standard lessons following a course book. My main purpose is to be a crutch for the student preparing for exams or studying in general. I would ideally speak to the student before a lesson and discuss problem areas they would like to work through, or go through sample papers with them.
