About Ripu
I am an athlete, a wanderer, an adventurer but above all I am a fitness enthusiast. I come from a sports background, having lived a life of a Badminton player. Staying in utmost physical shape and living a life with adventures had made me understand the crux to balance both without getting burnouts. I am a certified Nutrition & Exercise Consultant & a Personal Trainer. My coaching goes beyond plans, It's more of a lifestyle shift when you train with me.

I work in two ways i.e. Live classes & Customized coaching.
Live classes include:
40 mins. of live interactive training sessions (strength, flexibility, conditioning, yoga & meditation).
Nutrition plan as per your goal.
Customized coaching includes :
Nutrition plans based on blood work (working on deficiencies), health/personal goals.
Exercise plans based on current fitness levels (post video assessment).
Chat & call support, Weekly video interactions.
