Was a 1st Rugby player in primary school, hockey player with two scrolls and 1medal in secondary school and currently I'm training mauy Thai, boxing and sambo to one day become an undefeated UFC champion in multiple divisions, so that I can make my mom and country proud.

About the lesson

Fitness has to do with mentality, you have to first know what you want before you can try to achieve it. And with any goal set in mind, there needs to be a devoted individual. Each day you have to remind yourself why you started in the first place.
