About Daniel
Hello, just to know a little about my background. I majored in Developmental and Cell Biology at the University of California, Irvine back in 2020. During this time, I was authored in two scientific papers discussing small molecule therapy for Basal Cell Carcinoma (at type of skin cancer). Since then, I have worked in the biotech industry as both a research technician and a marketing coordinator. Roles that both assisted my scientific knowledge as well as my ability effectively communicate such topics.

My approach as a tutor is to first gauge the student's understanding of the subject and determine what areas of the subject require more attention. From there, we review relevant material and work towards the student developing a deeper comprehension of the subject.
This approach has worked well for both high school students as well as undergraduate students studying general biology, molecular biology, genetics, cell and developmental biology, and precision medicine.
