About Tara

I’m Deaf, fluent in ASL, and deeply rooted in Deaf culture — this language is my first home. While I’m not certified, I’ve been signing my entire life and bring real-world fluency, not textbook fluff. I teach all ages with patience, clarity, and just the right touch of sass. My lessons are visual, engaging, and culturally rich — tailored to how YOU learn best. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve, I make ASL click in a way that sticks. Ready to sign with someone who lives the language? Let’s get started — I’ve got you.

About the lesson

My sessions are visual, interactive, and culture-rich. No voice zones, real conversations, and expressive practice that helps you truly live the language. No boring drills here — just authentic connection, laughter, and personalized pacing that meets you where you are. I teach using life-based examples, storytelling, facial expression, games, and hands-on activities. Whether you're brand new or brushing up, I create a safe, empowering space to learn. Not certified, just experienced, passionate, and fully immersed. You'll feel the difference — and you'll be signing in no time!
