My teaching style is relaxed, supportive, and rooted in clarity—perfect for adult learners who want to build fluency in Welsh without pressure. Each lesson is fully tailored to you: your pace, your goals, and your experience. We begin with the fundamentals, including the Welsh alphabet and phonetics, ensuring you can pronounce every word with confidence. From there, we progress to conversational Welsh, gradually introducing reading and writing as your comfort level grows.
A typical lesson includes:
- **Phonetic practice** to build strong pronunciation foundations
- ️ **Speaking exercises** that feel natural and practical
- **Reading support** using real-world materials
- ️ **Writing guidance** to deepen retention and understanding
- **Cultural insights** woven through to enrich your learning experience
Rather than a one-size-fits-all syllabus, I offer a flexible, evolving approach that responds to how you learn best. Whether you're a complete beginner or brushing up on lost fluency, I provide a warm space where mistakes are part of the process—and progress is always celebrated. My goal is not just to teach you Welsh, but to help you *use* it with confidence, curiosity, and joy.
