I have worked with middle school students to graduating college seniors. For those who want to explore the depth and breath of the material, I'm your best choice...and for those who just want the homework finished, I'll do.
I tailor my tutoring methods to each student's strengths while holding each of them accountable for their own successes/improvements.
I begin by targeting weaknesses in the material one-by-one, using immediate feedback for reinforcement. As students master the concepts, I move on to the next-greatest areas of need. I prefer the 'watch one-perform one-teach one' teaching style, as I found it helps students best master and retain material.
