Perfect! I've been exploring breathing techniques and practicing backstroke while swimming with Ash, and it's been an incredible experience! His expertise as a professional swimmer adds so much clarity to each session. He effectively communicates the correct techniques for arm movements, allowing us to dive right into the practice. I've completed three sessions so far, and everything is going exceptionally well! I can't wait to continue mastering these techniques and improve my swimming skills even further!

I’ve been coached by Ash now for 2 years and I’ve improved massively. I had a fear of the deep water and he helped me to gain confidence & learn how to tread water. I am now doing full laps with better technique and no longer have the fear of deep water!

I am incredibly grateful to have Ash as my swimming coach. At 24, I wanted to take my swimming to another level and Ash has been instrumental in helping me fulfill that goal. His guidance has led to remarkable progress in just a few lessons. The strides I’ve made under his instruction are truly remarkable. Thank you, Ash, for your exceptional coaching and patience! Jonny

Ash coached me for 4 years back in Sevenoaks and transformed me from a complete beginner and scared of the water to being competent on all four strokes and swimming multiple lengths at a time with good technique. His attention to detail, friendliness and personalised approach made him such a great coach! :)
