About Clare
Confident and inspiring tutor with a record of success.
Bilingual English and French, I was born in London, educated in France, and read Classics at Oxford. I have 15 years experience tutoring one-to-one and groups.
I am interested in creating confidence and assurance in my students, developing their natural abilities and helping them to shine when they need to. This applies as much for school exam preparation as professional development for adult learners and improvers.
With an international background myself, I am happy working with students who are from a variety of nationalities and backgrounds.
I offer Oxbridge Entrance interview and statement preparation. I have successfully taught pupils who have gone on to both Oxford and Cambridge.

I am a graduate of Classics at Oxford University, giving me a deep understanding of Classical, English and French language and literature. I am also trained in finance (CFA), where I worked for several years as analyst and client manager, and hold an MA in Film from the National Film and Television School where I wrote my dissertation on New Wave Cinema in three European Countries.

Perfect! Great tutor
