About Laurent

Engineer, lived between Scotland and England for over 14 years now. I know the difficulties of setting yourself up in another country, even in the same mother tongue when I lived in Switzerland!
I also do speak Spanish and basic Brazilian Portuguese and can help you unlock the door to better understanding of French language through universal techniques.

About the lesson

I base my classes on main understanding, vocabulary and visualising or hearing (depending on which style is best for you).
I can also share with you some exercises and create easy practice and daily routines for next classes and feel rapidly at ease.

Laurent is a highly skilled martial artist and an experienced teacher who really cares about helping his students progress. We have trained capoeira together for a year and he has helped build my confidence and physicality, integrating strength training as well as meditation into our sessions. I feel calmer, stronger and fitter thanks to his training. I would highly recommend Laurent to anyone who wants to become skilled at martial arts, or to improve their general strength and fitness.
