About Rob
Engineering (MEng) graduate from University of Cambridge, achieved a triple 1st with a merit in masters. I help with Oxbridge mock interviews, Oxbridge preparation and tutor Maths, Physics and Chemistry to A-Level. I am passionate about my subjects, and as a recent graduate have fresh experience of applying to university as well as going through the stages at school. I am happy to tutor people of all ages and look forward to sharing my skills and expertise.
First and foremost I listen and adapt my lessons to the needs and desires of the pupil, understanding that each individual learns and approaches a problem in a different way. I try to instil a sense of success and pleasure from learning, while showing that even some of the more complex questions can be broken down to easily achievable segments that are not to be daunted by. I know that confidence and exam technique are key to achieving good results at school, both of which I provide exemplary support for both these skills.
