I have known Karima in a professional context for over 20 years now.She is a highly qualified teacher and lecturer, who keeps her knowledge and skills up to date. I have observed how she inspires and motivates her students to become confident in their learning. She is gentle yet still manages to get the child to acheive. I have seen her SEN children and youths go on to great success at university and college. She has a love for learning which is infectious. I really reccommend her for any teaching position.
