About Arshi

Hello! I’m Arshi Parveen, an Optometry student currently undertaking my internship and a passionate self-taught artist. I’ve been practicing drawing, sketching, and painting for the past 4–5 years. Art is something I genuinely love because it allows me to express my creativity, explore new ideas, and turn simple observations into beautiful artwork. I enjoy learning new techniques and improving my skills through regular practice. I would love to share my experience, inspire others, and help beginners explore their artistic potential in a friendly and encouraging environment. My belief is that anyone can learn to create beautiful art with patience, practice, and a little imagination!

About the lesson

Discover Your Artistic Side with Arshi Parveen!

Hello! I’m Arshi Parveen, an Optometry student currently undertaking my internship and a self-taught artist who has been exploring drawing and painting for the past 4–5 years.

I believe art is not just about creating beautiful pictures; it is about observing the world, expressing your imagination, and learning to see everyday things differently. In my classes, I encourage students to learn through hands-on practice, real-life observation, and step-by-step guidance. We can explore sketching, basic shapes, proportions, shading, light and shadow, and the use of colours.

️ Our 1-Hour Learning Journey

- 5 minutes: Creative warm-up and simple sketching.
- 10 minutes: Learning a new technique through demonstration.
- 30 minutes: Hands-on drawing practice using real-life objects, photographs, or nature as inspiration.
- 10 minutes: Personal feedback, corrections, and improving your artwork.
- 5 minutes: Reviewing progress and choosing a fun practice challenge.

Whether you are a beginner or already enjoy drawing, my aim is to help you improve at your own pace in a relaxed, friendly environment. You do not need perfect skills to begin. All you need is curiosity, patience, and a willingness to practise.

Let's turn simple observations into creative artwork and make every class an opportunity to learn something new!

I’ll highly recommend her to every biology student out there. I still remember I used to get panicked at the last moment in my exams, but she made the topics so crisp and clear that I scored well in my exams. Highly recommended to people who want to do well in school exams.
