I supported Cadia during her teacher training whilst I was Head of Chemistry at Chellaston Academy. Cadia worked hard to ensure her students achieved at or above their target grades. She participated fully in all levels of KS3,4 and 5. She was particularly impressive in finding ways for those struggling to understand difficult concept to succeed at higher levels. She committed a great deal of her personal time to meeting with students as an individual or small group to ensure their success. I have no hesitation in commending Cadia to you.

Cadia was my detachment commander when I was a cadet and has taught me all the subjects covered by the Army Proficiency Certificate which includes, drill, first aid and navigation as well as helping me achieve my DofE awards (Bronze and Silver) and my BTEC Diploma in public services. When I became an Adult Instructor myself Cadia was my Company Sergeant Major and she was always there for support and guidance. She then went on to be the Training Officer in another Company as well as being the Country Sports and First Aid Officer.
