About Mimi

Hi, I'm a gap year student looking to tutor A level psychology. Having just completed my A levels, I have a strong understanding of the exam specifications, mark schemes, revision strategies and exam techniques that will help you achieve top grades. I'm passionate about passing on my enjoyment and interest in psychology, which I believe makes both the exam and revision a lot easier, through engaging lessons where I will often teach content through real-life examples (often making the content easier to remember). I hope to increase students' confidence in the exams by preparing them for challenging questions which could come up. As a tutor, I'm friendly, patient, supportive and happy to help with any questions you have - no question is a silly question!

About the lesson

My lessons are for year 12 and year 13 psychology students looking to improve both their exam technique and content understanding. After achieving an A*, I'm keen to pass on my enjoyment and understanding of psychology to help students reach the top grades. I will adapt each lesson to students' personal needs, and focus on topics they struggle with, followed by exam questions on these topics and feedback. I will also provide some of the study materials/notes that helped me achieve my A*.
