Kate is a marvelous teacher in my opinion. She does give a lot of homework, but the kind of homework that is going to help you pass your GCSE's. She is also straight-forward, understanding, patient and kind.

I knew her from some of my relatives as a tutor, and when working with her for my chemistry A levels it helped me a lot in understanding the concepts I struggled on. Very patient and kind, flexible with timing and good at setting goals. Really recommend!

I would a hundred percent recommend Kate as a personal tutor. I found out about her when coming close to my GCSE exams while completely failing biology and chemistry. We only had 3 months till THE day to learn these two subjects from scratch. I didn’t have much hope for chemistry since I hated it for as long as I can remember studying in high school. But Kate is a miracle worker and not only she got me from 2/2 to 7/7 in science but made me fall in love with the subject again and now I’m choosing chemistry for my university degree! She is amazing and totally worth the time and money. If I can remember correctly, we only had two or three lessons per week. More than that she is really easy to speak to and can explain hard to understand terms in easy toungue, or rephrase the same thing multiple times.
