About Angus
I am currently an A-level student studying Biology, Mathematics and Geography, with a strong interest in human health and science. My interest in Biology began at a young age and has developed into a genuine enthusiasm for understanding how the body works and how science can be applied in real-world situations.
Alongside my studies, I have developed strong communication skills through both academic work and customer-facing roles, which has helped me become confident in explaining ideas clearly and adapting to different people.
I enjoy helping others understand challenging topics and find it rewarding to see students build confidence over time. I am particularly interested in making learning more accessible and engaging, especially for students who may initially struggle with certain subjects.

I teach Maths, Biology and Physics to secondary school students up to GCSE level. I achieved grade 9s in Biology and Physics and a grade 8 in Maths, so I have a solid understanding of the subjects and what’s needed to do well in exams.
In lessons, I focus on explaining things in a simple and clear way, especially for topics that students often find difficult. I like to break things down step-by-step and make sure students actually understand what they’re doing, rather than just memorising methods.
I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence, so they can improve both their understanding and their results over time!
