About Mostafijur
I am a globally experienced professional, human-centered leader and MBA graduate with over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience working across diverse cultural and professional environments. I am currently pursuing a Research Master's in Public Policy at the University of Auckland.
My passion is helping people unlock their potential through effective communication, confidence-building and lifelong learning. Throughout my career, I have mentored professionals, developed teams and supported people from different backgrounds to strengthen their skills and achieve meaningful goals.
My teaching approach combines practical experience, academic insight and genuine empathy. I believe every learner has unique strengths, and my role is to create a supportive environment where students can improve their English, enhance critical thinking, develop leadership qualities and communicate with greater confidence.

My goal goes beyond teaching English grammar and vocabulary—I help learners build confidence, self-awareness and the communication skills needed to succeed in academic, professional and everyday environments.
Drawing on over 16 years of international professional experience, I bring a global perspective to each session. Through interactive conversations, real-world examples and practical exercises, I support learners in developing not only their English proficiency but also critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, leadership capability, relationship-building skills, teamwork and systems thinking.
This is more than a traditional English course. Whether you want to improve conversational English, academic writing, business communication, public speaking or professional confidence, each 60-minute lesson is tailored to your goals with personalised feedback and practical strategies.
