About Parth
I'm Parth - a Year 11 student at Pate's Grammar School, consistently ranked among the top state secondary schools in the country. I've achieved grade-9s across all 11 subjects, which include Physics, Maths and Further Maths, having recently sat my GCSE exams this summer. My A-Levels are Physics, Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Computer Science.
I've had experience delivering lessons through founding a 45-student astronautics and astrophysics society, presenting in weekly sessions and team meetings, organising year-group lessons, teacher events and even a trip. I've been parent-facing Physics Ambassador during Year-6 Open Evening. I was a school finalist for the FameLab science public speaking competition. I've engaged with both Year 7s as their school mentor, orchestrating fortnightly activities, and Year 12/13s through aerospace training in RAF Air Cadets. My fascination for Physics goes further, through achieving the Arkwright Engineering Scholarship through engineering projects, proposals, aptitude tests and an interview.
All in all, I'm a passionate and dedicated student willing to spend time and effort with other students like me - aspiring for those top grades to not only pass but excel your exam, hence being able to get into competitive sixthforms and university entries.

I'm an A-Level student who achieved a Grade 9 in Physics, along with Grade 9s across all 11 subjects in the 2026 GCSE exams.
I've spent over 2 years of study dedicated to the AQA Exam Board Higher-tier Physics curriculum, additionally being familiar with Edexcel (Pearson) and IGCSEs.
Having sat both papers recently, I have exam-specific experience regarding content, marking and revision, along with a peer-to-peer understanding - student to student.
My sessions are for Year 9 / 10 / 11 students aiming for top-tier results through flexible and dedicated sessions:
- Grade Boosters: Moving from a Grade 6 or 7 up to a 9.
- High Achievers: Upholding and securing consistent Grade 9s throughout mocks and final exams.
My Teaching Methodology:
GCSE Physics requires targeted intervention: breaking down the most complex topics for thorough grounding, each specific for you as the student: whether that's content-heavy Electromagnetics, maths & methods in Forces, or counter-intuitive diagrams for Electricity. Understanding base-concepts makes exam-style questions much easier, while understanding mark-schemes ensures responses are accurate and efficient.
To tailor it for you, reviewing specification checklists and attempting the hardest questions allows easy identification of your weakest topics. Avoiding last-minute revision, sustainable practices like given homework for marking, start-of-lesson review questions and broken down step-by-step workings will ace your upcoming topic tests, and long-term GCSE exams.
Lesson Structure and Techniques:
- Lesson: review quiz, specification-based teaching, model answers, guided exam-style questions, knowledge consolidation and past-paper practice.
- Pre-lesson: identifying core strengths and weaknesses; Post-lesson: homework based on needs, with marking and feedback.
