About Kristy
There is a saying that I like to live by in my tutoring: "If you don't understand something, you just havent been taught it in the right way for you"
Not everyone learns in the same way, so I dont believe in a "One way fits all" method of teaching. The way I tutor must fit the student. Not the other way around.
I am an interactive tutor giving students the tools to figure problems out, rather than rely on their memories. A student does better if they understand what it is they are doing in order to solve a problem rather than being taught the surface equation that is needed.

My sessions are an hour long, and typically done remotely. My methods adapt to the student that I am helping, with a strong focus on guiding them to the answer an an interactive manner.
I have a 2:2 astrophysics degree, and tutoring maths is something I throroughly enjoy.
My tutoring is aimed at GCSE students, however I am more than happy to help anyone in KS3 or at A-Level.
