My Students will learn through role-playing common scenarios after discussing and explaining the topics. This could include using a recipe, understanding the chemistry of bread making, kneading, shaping, etc. The lessons are for young teens and High School students who plan to study Associate of Applied in the Culinary Arts (college degree course). The lesson will help students to have advanced knowledge in their future course
