About Colleen
Hi! My name is Colleen. I graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Animal Sciences with a concentration in Biosciences. I have two minors in aquatic sciences and biological sciences. I have a year of experience teaching university students about zoology and physiology as a peer mentor + teaching assistant! I teach up to college-level biology courses (cell/molecular + microbiology, zoology, genetics, and physiology).

Lessons are highly personalized. I adjust pace and depth depending on the student’s goals, curriculum, and comfort level. I teach up to college level biology courses. Will start lessons with a short recap before introducing new material. Will go over practice question and exercises, utilizing animations and drawings to support weekly assignments/quizzes. Will have Q&A's to test student's understanding with the material.
