About Laura
I'm a 25-year-old with a degree in human biology (UPF), where I fell in love with microbiology and decided to pursue a master's degree in applied microbiology (UAB). I currently live in Barcelona and work as a biologist in a hospital. However, teaching has always been very important to me, and tutoring allows me to continue pursuing this passion while supporting my students in their learning.

My teaching method focuses on understanding concepts, not just memorizing them. I adapt each class to the student's level and needs, using visual presentations, diagrams, and images to facilitate comprehension. During the session, I encourage participation through questions and practical examples, and at the end, we complete short exercises or quizzes to reinforce the acquired knowledge. The goal is for the student to gain confidence and be able to reason about the concepts independently.
