About Estela
I am a recently graduated student that did both Advanced and Extension 1 English. English was my strongest subject, and I was able to gain the second highest mark, in advanced English, during the HSC within my school. I am also an award-winning debater, which has enabled me to sharpen my English skills as well.

My approach to learning is to ensure that everyone understands what I am teaching. In a group setting, I would, thus, ensure all students are having their learning needs met. My teaching method will also be to help my students understand areas where they went wrong/where they could improve, so that they will have a greater comprehension themselves on what they need to work on to get better at English. This will also require some problem-solving, as I will not give the students the answers to solve their problems until after they’ve put in a strong effort to work it out themselves (if they have not found the answer after that time). This will, therefore, enable the students to have a greater comprehension of their errors and how they can improve.
