About Jayne
I am enthusiastic about helping students of all ages to understand (and even learn to enjoy) math!
I have over six years of experience tutoring in subjects ranging from double-digit addition to AP Calculus. I have a bachelor's degree in math, a teaching credential in math, and am currently pursuing a master's degree in education. I am ready to help you work through any type of math problem until you are confident in your ability to solve them on your own!

I tailor each tutoring session to your learning style, needs, and interests. My lessons are for middle school, high school, or college students working through math topics ranging from pre-algebra through Calculus II.
If you would like tutoring in a topic you're covering in class or if you need help with homework, I will offer practice problems that we can solve together and I will provide feedback as you solve homework problems.
If you would like private lessons in a particular topic, I will start each lesson with a warm-up, continue with personalized instruction, and incorporate several practice problems with feedback.
