About Alexander

First is the basics, learning needs patience and I'm good at that. Lessons will go on and on for as long as my student needs, but the goal here is better understanding. My approach or technique is discussion-based learning, close reading, and constructive feedback from questions or prompts I provide. For my lesson plan, each day one or two short quizzes, or even spelling questions I give to my students and that's where the next class will begin. I'm adapting to my tutor when I was also learning. I bring both academic knowledge and creative practice to the table. With experience in teaching, editing, and published poetry, I help students not only improve their skills but also find their own voice and vocal. My sessions are ideal for high school and university students, aspiring writers, and anyone with a passion for literature or poetry. Whether you’re preparing for exams, writing your first poem, or exploring classic novels, I tailor each session to your needs and goals.
