About Jenn
I have 4 years experience of tutoring. I worked in a tutoring center where I worked with grades 2-university level. I also was a peer-led team leader at the community college I attended, where I led weekly group sessions for general and organic chemistry. I also worked in the tutoring center at both the community college and university that I attended where I worked with students on all levels of chemistry and math. I had the opportunity to help write practice problems for a general chemistry college textbook. I also attended and presented at a peer-led team learning conference where I received training on different teaching and tutoring methods.

I have worked as a private tutor for all levels of chemistry, math, as well as test prep and SAT prep online settings, tutoring centers, as well as a tutor and TA at university. I will work with you to find your personal learning style and create a plan that will work with your own style and also meet your goals. Even the hardest subjects can be broken down for everyone to learn. We will work through understanding concepts and practice problems so you don’t need to memorize. Maybe we will even enjoy it? Maybe Chemistry and math will become your new favorite subjects? Well maybe not - but we will get through it together!
