About Madalyn
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona. I am certified in special education and enjoy creating custom learning plans for each student I work with based on their strengths and areas of need. I worked at Borton Magnet Elementary School as an inclusive Exceptional Education teacher for 6 years and I am trained in Lindamood LIPS, Wilson, and Orton-Gillingham (reading programs). I love nothing more than to watch my students excel and reach all the goals that they want to set for themselves, as well as challenging them sometimes so that they can persevere.

I love working with kids and providing them alternative teaching techniques to cater to their learning style. I believe learning should be fun, encouraging, and meaningful. I love to incorporate a students likes and dislikes and the perspective that they hold in regard to education in order to tailor a custom teaching plan to help them succeed in the areas that they are struggling with.
